Our founders became colleagues and friends at Hi3G in 2006 where they worked together for several years. Since then they have been sparring and helping each other while making a career in their own respective field; Startups & corporate business.
In 2019 they chose to work more closely than ever with their passionate startup.
Since 2008 Amin Durani has founded several companies supplying the HoReCa and Office industry with different products and services.
With experience from several industries, Amin has always solved challenges such as building products with limited funds, spotted problems and optimization opportunities in different workflows, learned to work with team members in an early stage to combine skills and expertise for bigger impact, made quick adjustments to fit the market when needed.
Throughout his career in multiple fields, he saw pain-patterns within the workforce of different industries which lead him to found Gigstar.
Amin has a high work ethic, he’s goal oriented, very tech-savvy and consumes everything there is to know about future trends such as the Gig-economy, Future Of Work, the Blockchain & Crypto industry as well as AI.
Daniel has proven track records in highly competitive environments with over 12 years’ experience within Sales, Performance Management, P&L responsibility, Leadership, and People Management.
He has been recognized for delivering results efficiently, with a structured and analytical approach while retaining tight financial control.
He is a fast learner of complex and large operations and a rapid adapter of new markets. Transparent setups, outstanding sales numbers, attention to financial details and problem solving, are part of his signature working platform.
Due to his background in Telco, Daniel is used to maintaining a strict cost control while year-on-year still focusing on getting teams to be more efficient.
